Do I need a diagnosis to use your services? No, not at all. You do not need a formal diagnosis. If you or someone in your group finds travel difficult, stressful, or overwhelming for any reason, we are here to help. No paperwork, no proof just your needs.

Who is Nero Divergent Travel for? We support neurodivergent individuals and their families, including people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, and more. We also support any group where one or more members finds travel challenging, regardless of whether they have a diagnosis or not.

I hate phone calls and appointments, Can I still use your service? Absolutely. You do not have to have an appointment or speak on the phone if that doesn't feel comfortable. Simply purchase the service that suits you, By Emailing me if this feels easiest, and we will work around you. I will send you a payment link or Invoice.

Where do you travel to? Everywhere! We plan both UK and international trips. Popular destinations include France, Japan, Italy, Greece, Portugal, and Malta but if you have somewhere in mind, just ask.

Are my bookings financially protected? Yes. holiday bookings include ABTA or ATOL protection, It also depending on the trip, such as if flights are include in a package deal, so you can book with confidence.

What if something goes wrong while we're away? We offer 24/7 on-call support during your trip. If something doesn't go to plan, you won't be left to deal with it alone. Via what'sApp

Can you help with sensory-friendly accommodation and activities? Yes, this is one of the things we specialise in. We carefully research and select accommodation and activities that suit your specific sensory needs and preferences, so there are no nasty surprises.
